Welcome to ChatMeOut. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ChatMeOut, registering for an account, or using our chat functionalities as a guest, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use ChatMeOut. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us and meet all eligibility requirements.

3. User Conduct

While ChatMeOut is designed for anonymity and privacy, you agree not to use the platform to:

• Transmit or share any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
• Share explicit or non-consensual imagery.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Engage in any activities that could disrupt, damage, or impair the functionality of ChatMeOut's servers or networks.
• Distribute spam, malware, or any other form of malicious software.

4. Account Registration (Optional)

You may choose to use ChatMeOut as a Guest or register for an account. If you register, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. ChatMeOut is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

5. Content Ownership and Ephemerality

You retain ownership of the messages and content you send on ChatMeOut. However, by design:

• Guest chat history is temporary and is automatically wiped from our systems after 12 hours. Guest accounts themselves are deleted after 24 hours.
• Deleting a chat or account permanently deletes the history from our systems for both participants.
• All shared images expire and are permanently purged after 10 minutes.
• ChatMeOut claims no ownership rights over your communication.

6. Match Passes and Advertisements

To sustain the platform, ChatMeOut employs a rewarded advertisement model. Users must obtain a Match Pass by watching a short advertisement to initiate or continue anonymous matchmaking sessions. Match Passes grant exactly 10 minutes of active chat time per session and are strictly enforced for continued messaging.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ChatMeOut is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChatMeOut and its affiliates, officers, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the service.

User-Generated Content Disclaimer: ChatMeOut acts solely as a neutral conduit for anonymous communication. We do not monitor, endorse, or control the content, messages, or images shared between users. You acknowledge that you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable. ChatMeOut assumes no liability or responsibility for any user-generated content, and you agree to interact with others entirely at your own risk.
